Hope Falters

Chapter 1

Two battalions of power armored Spartans 8 warthogs 2 ghosts 3 tanks 50 shotguns 35 assault rifles 25 sniper rifles  30 assorted sidearms 20 explosives 10 crates of grenades  100 shitloads of zombies some people may ask what is a shitload well take a were fucked with a dash of horde a pinch of holy shit that's a lot of zombies times 2 that's a shitload now FC and ZA may of have there differences FC prefers snipers while ZA loves shotguns and assault rifles both great fighters but to a point so far there's been many Casualties since the fall of organized governments many army's fell apart went rouge some formed groups of bandits people used to say humanity would put apart our differences when faced with a greater threat then ourselves they were wrong. Many of the battalions quit and died but the strong remain I'm one of the few survivors the group picked up I'm private Joseph otherwise known as sureshot we've been here for 3 years here around the 1 and a half year mark we stop getting supplies after two we stop getting orders we are blind in blood gulch and we are not going any where anytime soon.

Chapter 2

Hats squad got the short straw and had scavenging duty they get to leave the canyon for any supplies carnages squad got patrol duty the caves always have a few zombies in them I've been there only once it's cold even with power armor it's a different kind of cold down to your bones dark even with a flashlight it engulfs all light like a monster in the dark and we are the little children hiding under a blanket instead of cotton it's denial that things will never go back to the way it was. My squads leader was stars got guard duty for red base between our two based in our little slice of hell red base was better I always got sniper duty with author where there is always shade.....gotta enjoy the little things I can see hats squad wait SHIT author call star hats squad is conning back with a little company! Star,sinder And author went up the left side to assist hats squad or what's left of it I'm covering them on the base's rooftop if they die I have to activate self destruct band haul ass to blue base luckily only two zombies made within 10 feet of then I shot one and sinder got another only problem is the two zombies are shooting hats down now FUCK one down now the other skyline is our squads medic I gotta get him over there and secure the area until *thud*.......
