To submit a Special Request please follow the directions listed below. Be aware that submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Medal Requests
To request a medal please proceed to the Medals section of our forum, read the threads in the Medal Datacenter then submit a request as a new thread in the Medal Requests section. Medals are reserved for [ZÅ] members, allies and friends.
Alliance Requests
To request an alliance with [ZÅ] please proceed to the Alliance section of our forum, click on Alliance Requests, read Making a Request then submit a request as a new thread in that section. ZÅ's alliances are not limited to Halo PC clan; we accept requests from gaming clans on all platforms.
Clan War & Scrimmage Requests
To request a Clan War or Scrim with [ZÅ] please proceed to the Competitions section of our forum, click on Clan Wars, read How to Submit a Request for a Clan War then post a request as a new thread in that section. Be aware that all official [ZÅ] Clan Wars and Scrims must be approved by a leader or co-leader.
Leave of Absence Requests
To request a Leave of Absence you must be a member of [ZÅ]. Leave may only be requested for absences of one month or more. Standard leave lasts three months but may be extended upon request. You may be partially active during leave but leave is generally for players that have upcoming obligations or issues that prevent them from being fully active on the site/server. Being on leave prevents you from being removed from [ZÅ]. It does not prevent you from being demoted. You may end your leave at any time.
To request leave please PM a member of the Promo/Demo Committee and include the following info: name, brief reason for leave (you don't have to include any information you are not comfortable sharing; you may just give a general answer like 'family issues'), when your leave will begin and when you are expected to return. You can also post in the Leave and Absence forum. Since leave is generally reserved for absences of one month or longer the forum is useful if you're going to be away for less than that.
Veteran Tag Requests
Veteran tags ([ZÅ~V]) are earned by respected members who go inactive without warning or do not return from leave. Veteran tags may also be requested by any full [ZÅ] member that wishes to remain an honourary [ZÅ] member but who will no longer be active. Veteran tags may be removed if you become too active or your behaviour warrants dismissal from clan. If you feel you meet the above requirements please submit a request via PM to a 3+ admin and include your name, a brief reason for going inactive (you don't have to include any information you are not comfortable sharing; you may just give a general answer like 'family issues') and why you feel you deserve veteran tags (e.g. past service to the clan, contributions and references).
Other Requests
If you have a Special Request not listed above please submit a PM to a leader or co-leader outlining your request.
All leaders and co-leaders should submit PMs received with requests in the Rcon Section/Admin Lounge or forward it to all leaders and co-leaders for our records and, if needed, for discussion/vote. |
