What happened was someone added an extra blank line into the admin list, which broke the script. I just fixed that yesterday so if that was the issue, it should be good now.

Double shout, but actually there was a problem with the command script being broken for a few days. That might also have been the issue.

Oh that's why. The command is sv_member_add. No s after the member. Give it a go when you get the chance and tell me if it works.
