Covote, might be late, but you can just buy the game off Sean Aero from halorank.com. If you pirate it, the servers might block you. Not sure if ZA uses pirate protection but a lot of servers do

Without a CD you'd have to download a cracked version which is illegal so don't do it. Buy the game again.
