you can get hypothermia I believe if I am not mistaken, if you neglect in such temperatures like -30F which can result to death.

Eventually there is no difference in feeling of temperature to a human body. -5 and -30 feel the same. Except -30 will ruin your skin forever (death).

@Jaz, I've tried to embrace it, but when its 35 degrees (1C or 2C) its just rough. Add in the wind factor of going 15 to 30mph on the bike. Brrrrrrrrr
