I have come to the conclusion that... wait for it... I am an asshole. I know shocking right? But, I have decided to change my ways. I did this a while back, back when I first met star and she hated me. Well a lot of people along with regulars do not like me. So, please post what you do not like about me (excluding you shotgun u dont count) and I will do my best to change what I am doing that you do not like as long as it is reasonable. This is not a hate thread, so please don't just say "i hate you go die you stupid noob" Please state why you hate me. If you have no problem with me, please feel free to say that too. That is encouraged. Thanks. |

Well I don't hate you, but I am mad at you and I've already explained why. I back you up all the time in every thread that you are challenged in. Every complaint against you I back you up 100%, yet I have something I believe in and am fighting for and you're on the opposing side, as a friend and in return for all my support, I expected you to back me up because it was so obvious how much it meant to me. Loyalty is something I think you may want to think about.
Besides that, you're tone when talking to people that break rules or mis-behave or talk back to you or are rude, your tone is spiteful and full of hate and annoyance. You are not the least bit diplomatic, and as an admin and za member you should be more political and diplomatic. You seem to take everything personal, but authority figures aren't supposed to do that. So toning down your attitude and language when approaching these kinds of situations I'm talking about would make you a much better admin and representative to ZA.
I am not good at that either, and Adder is always telling me I have to be more like him, diplomatic and stuff, and it's hard, so I know I need help on that too.
Finally, this last bit, its related to what I just said. You need to be more lenient with your forgiveness. It seems almost impossible for anyone to get back on your good side once they've crossed you. You'll run out of people to play halo with really quick if you keep on that track. Your bans are too long, you never want to give anyone another chance, etc etc etc.
We <3 Miss America though. So I hope I didn't hurt you with this stuff. I would never ask a question like you did, on what I need to change. I am a coward. Posting this question was brave. |

I disliked your nuke-happiness, but I agree with raz. You've toned that down a bit.
And pretty much what Star said was well. I didn't like how I'd state an opinion in the server, and you'd say "your opinion is wrong". What? I'm thinking "Did he really just tell me my OPINION is wrong?!"

Numpty, you may be a little aggressive, which some people may not like. But your cool. You may tone down a bit from what I hear about your behavior. But at the end, you're pretty chillen and serious, it's all good.

My advice: Chill. Out. There's a difference between being an admin and being an overly protective admin. Let the system do it's thing Numpty. That's why it's there, to make our job easier so we can have more fun.
