Long time no see noobs! Was wondering if any of you do play the division? I'm pretty sure what i'm about to ask doesn't matter if its console or PC, but i was wondering if scavenging had any effect? I currently have 82%, and i've saved up only 4 High Ends (mind you i'm still 29), but ever since i did get scavenging i did see an increase.
I've been grinding only DZ, so i'm barely at 51, and soloing it like no tomorrow. I've had my moments where i can 3v1 and win, or get raped in a 1v3 after i killed one or two. I can hold my own pretty good, but right now im just focusing on getting high ends before i hit 30. I've also unlocked every high end blue print in the DZ, from the vendor in DZ04, although i'm still trying to save up for vendors DZ05-06 which is the HE weapons, and legendary sets at 06. I'm currently 2/6 peices for the nomad( which is great since im solo), hoping for a striker set though, will focus on getting gear sets once i hit atleast 75 in DZ.
I do have the gold edition, and so far until now, the only perks we've gotten is cosmetics like weapon skins/ agent outfits, which is fine, i like my national guard wardrobe <3. Other than that, they did give us 2 HE crafting materials for April's supply drop, which we get a monthly one. So far if you ask me, wait until the first expansion and from my first hand experience, if you still have not gotten the game, don't get it on PC. The glitches are retarded right now and honestly is ruining the game because the glitches are all anyone ever talks about. Other than that, its cake on PC.
My current build is a critical chance vector, with 75% crit chance, 160% crit damage bonus, and 50% headshot bonus. The perks are deadly and self preserved( one of the best) but o've heard Fierce and Brutal are better than deadly??? My second is a first wave m1a with accuracy bonus and max accuracy when shouldering. This baby has like 215%+ headshot bonus with pulse and other cute stuff, while its core is 154%. I do have a Black market Ak-47 and Black market RPK-74E stashed away when i get bored of my smg's, they all have self preserved and other less important stuff.
Firearms is around 2200, Stamina is around 1600's, and skill power is around 950ish. I did not make this agent to have a signature skill yet( derp) i will need to make a second account so i can literally be unstoppable in the DZ with tactical link with that 80% damage reduction. but until then, i like being the hunter because if i turn 30, i know i will be dying and getting killed as if i was a noob.
Let me know what you all have/think and if you can, answer the scavenging question! I heard its only good for looting ammo, but then i've also heard people say it does affect the drops but to make sure not to go over 100%, since it resets over 100. Meaning if you have 252%, thats actually 52%, resetting at every 100%.
