Hey guys I was working on updating the Join ZÅ page and I wanted to add separate things for applicants to "study" based on which game branch they are most interested in joining.
I don't know nearly enough to decide what things a person should know on my own, so I thought I'd ask all of you. I know it's different from Halo, and an interview may not seem entirely necessary, but I think it'd be good to have a uniform method of entering ZÅ no matter what game you are joining for. So, if I may ask:
What things/questions would you put in an interview to join ZÅ's LoL division?
What would you want them to know about League before approaching you for an interview?
Let me know here and I'll update the Interview Guide page and Join ZÅ pages accordingly.
Thanks!

maybe ask them what they would do if you call a lane and someone else says they called it first and locks in a champ. it would give you an idea about their character and such.

Ask them the differences between roles and/or the primary responsibilities of each role.
Ask their favorite role
Ask how often they play
Ask if they have or have heard of teamspeak and if they don't have it would they consider getting it.
Ask their favorite/main champion.
If I think of more ill post it.

What dudeman said.Skype, Raidcall, ventrillo, curse voice are all nice voice gameplay integrations aswell, wouldnt hurt if those are mentioned
They might be much more popular and some are free aswell,so it wouldnt hurt to ask,as those programs can be used aswell along with teamspeak

What dudeman Carnage said.

- We probably should ask what there profile name is (look them up for average kills/deaths/assists/creeps)
- Ask them if they have ever been banned from LoL and for what reason.
- In all honesty some people take LoL very seriously, and others are a bit more casual. Hell I played competitive CS:GO with someone who had just started playing.
- I think asking them if they are open to a voice chat is a no brainer it helps so much with callouts. And if they have a MIC *cough NoSDoS*

Updated. I added some anchors too so you can navigate to each game easily.
