the server ips are listed already at the bottom of the homepage but ye if we decide to keep them up then that'd be the only option. Ofc i don't think the servers will be worth paying for at that point.

One could always host a server if its possible. having a home dedication that lets say someone who leaves their computer on all day and such. It was possible for runescape private servers and I believe for world of warcraft as well. maybe it could be used as to halo as well

Yes what i said is possibly possible. I heard that already people managed to make a private server for ESO online,meaning NO PAY . if much more ccomplicated games like WoW or RS can do it,it might be possiblefor halo

In the past, Slim has hosted on his home servers. It's still not free since there's a drain on energy and bandwidth, but it's more economical than an expensive remote-hosted server. The downside would be speed.
