It would be preferred if you had either xfire or Teamspeak, or both, however it is not required. If you have xfire please include it in your post as well as minecraft name. Also, it is recommended but not required to be site active. Many important updates/info on server will be posted here.
These are the rules of the server, if you have builder on our server, you have agreed to these rules. If you wish to become apart of this MD, you must be given an interview by one of the two chairman. If you are a member of ZA there is interview required.
Griefing:
Players are not to destroy, ruin, or cause damage to another player’s territory. If a player is caught doing so, a Moderator is permitted to jail OR temporarily ban the player.
Spamming:
Spamming or flooding the chat is expressly forbidden. A Moderator may mute OR kick a player for multiple violations.
Stealing:
Players may not take another player's possessions without obtaining permission from the player. If a player is caught doing so, the items will be removed from his/her possession and returned to the proper owner. The player is then subject to jailing OR temporary banning.
PvP: Players must not excessively kill other players.
Moderator Communication:
Players must be respectful when making requests or reporting to moderators, and must not ask for upgrades in status.

Obey Staff, they are the Law
No Racist or Sexist Remarks
Hacking:
Using any mods/hacks that give a player an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
Creative Mode:
Players using creative mode may not spawn items unless approved by an Operator or Owner. If the items are approved, they are not to be shared with any other players, nor used for personal benefit.
Guests: A player may sponsor a guest, but that guest must accept and follow the rules that are provided before receiving Builder status.
