I didn't know Euros had different keyboards than us  Do Aussies as well?? Just was wondering. I was on the LoL forums and found someone saying Z instead of W and was like ummmm...

The reason you can't imagine typing using a different layout is that you're so used to the QWERTY keyboard. If you learnt to type with a different layout, it would be equally second-nature. The AZERTY layout gives different priorities to suit that language which is being typed - for example accented letters are easily accessed.
In fact, QWERTY isn't the only keyboard layout in the English-speaking western world. There's a layout called Dvorak, which is supposedly more efficient than QWERTY, allowing faster typing speeds.

Aussie and NZ etc use the QWERTY layout like I'm using right now. I believe Canada uses a different layout as well? But like Ninja said, if we originally started on a AZERTY keyboard it would be normal to us... Another one is right and left hand drive cars/driving on the left as opposed to the right etc. |

I use the keyboards that are available to me. My mom has a keyboard with the Euro setup and my step-dad uses the QWERTV setup. I have to adapt to the different setups because it is really hard to look at one keyboard for about a week and then look at the other one and be like "Dang it cant understand this". |

In a better way than you type with your disgusting American layout... obviously. 'Cause your layout must be wrong, since it's not what we use. 
(Although actually here in the UK, most keyboards use the same QWERTY layout as the US, except for a few keys and a couple keys having different localised symbols assigned to their shift functions. xD)

In Australia we use qwerty as well, I haven't seen any other layout for a keyboard that was manufactured post 2000 tbh. You learn new stuff everyday :0 |

It's Dvorak, named after the inventor rather than the first 6 letters on the keyboard. I think that is surprising actually - it's clearly not a well-stocked store. They do sell this, but it's not quite the same thing. I'm sure they'd be available from a proper computing store.
Regardless, all operating systems should come with the option to change your keyboard layout: you can select to use the Dvorak layout without actually having a physical Dvorak keyboard - they work the same way.
