(I'm writing this from my Nook Color, so if the url doesn't work, look up Roller Derby in Youtube or Google or whatever you use!!!)
Hey, it's Boxxy. I play roller-derby. My derby name is Paige Turner (since I like to read.) It's basically knocking people to their ass while roller skating. There is a jammer, she has a star on her helmet, and blockers. Jammers score points by passing the opposite teams blockers. Anyone seen "Whip It!"? Yes, no, maybe so? Well, we play on a flat track. http://youtube.co...ry5w_PiyMQ Derby is my sanctuary and my therapist. Even outside the rink, the enemies become your friends as you win the after-party.
I want to know if anyone has a deep connection with an activity or hobby... Or if any of you do crazy stuff like me. (Like, a broke wrist or collar bone from said crazy activity, hmmm?)

I eat goldfish too, but I usually do it standing up. Beat that, Llamamamas! >:P

Well some of my friends and I play this game we made called "Don't get shot in the shins". It all started when I was at archery and this new kid was shooting away at a target(I was his instructor) and I said to stop but he apparently had 1 more arrow and shot it when I was examining his arrows on the target. The go forsaken arrow went through my calf and came out the other side through my shin.
P.S. I gotta say he has quite a powerful pull. |

Why didn't you dodge it. Arrows are slower than Bullets..

It also happened to be the day cop was at the rink... He asked me if I wanted to press charges. It was hilarious... I ended up letting her stay just so I could hit her all practice.

That must have been insane. I was at practice about a month ago and hit on of my friends square in the chest. She had to go to the hospital for a broken rib. I was horrified until she came up to me and punched me in the jaw after saying, Shit Happens.
