What hardware is in your computer or computers?
Share your specs!
Also feel free to post some temperatures that you get (idle and load/ingame if possible). If you don't know how to take temperatures, and don't want to shove a thermometer into your computer, go download this program called Speccy. It shows all your hardware and the temperatures of all of them.
Also, feel free to post the specs of a computer that you are building/buying soon.
Anyways, here's my specs:
RAM: 16GB of Corsair Vengeance
CPU: Intel i5-4670k
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 SuperClocked with ACX Cooler
HDD 1: WD Caviar Blue 1TB HDD
HDD 2: WD Caviar Black 1TB HDD
My CPU gets 30 degrees on idle and 55 degrees on load.
My GPU gets 30 degrees on idle and 65 degrees on load.

How do you get those temps?! Do you have a custom liquid-cooling loop on your GPU and CPU or something? If those are air-cooled temperatures, the room you're in must be a freezer!

I just built a new one. It has:
AMD 8350 CPU
EVGA GeForce GTX 770 DUAL SuperClocked 4GB GPU
H55 Corsair CPU water cooling
G.SKILL Trident X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB)
Antec 900 Case with dual 120mm front fans and 1 200mm bigboy top fan.
720 Watt PSU
ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 Motherboard
120 GB Kingston SSD
Some other WD HDD that I don't remember the specs of
I don't know exactly what fps I was getting but I was playing BF4 on pretty high settings earlier and it wasn't lagging at all, so I'm happy.
And for you Intel fanboys who think my CPU is shit, IDGAF cause my computer is probably faster than yours.

Yeah, my room is really cold.(especially compared to the temps I hear most of the US gets. I live in Wales /
Plus I have some pretty good fans.
Oh and I underclock everything when idle.(which helps a lot actually. I've got my CPU running at 5% of it's total frequency at idle) |

Cooler Master Storm Enforcer case
AMD FX 8120 CPU overclocked to 4.2ghz (I have a 8350 waiting to go in)
Cooler Master Seidon 120xl all in one CPU water cooler in push pull configuration
Asus M5A97 R2.0 Motherboard
8gb of Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz ram
Currently have a AMD/Sapphire 7850 overclocked as my GPU but I have a AMD Sapphire R9 280x toxic edition that I haven't yet installed
Cooler Master GX 750watt power supply
120gb OCZ SSD for my OS
1tb Seagate 7200rpm HDD for everything else
LG Blu-ray drive
2x120mm red led exhaust fans, 2x120mm radiator fans in push pull, 1x200mm red led intake fan
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
LG Flatron 23" LCD/LED backlit full HD 1080p 1920x1080
Logitech G110 gaming keyboard
Some shitty Microsoft wireless mouse...
In winter CPU idle is about 23-25*C and load it's about 38-41*C
In summer CPU idle is about 29-33*C and load it's about 43-49*C
In winter GPU idle is about 28-31*C and load 55*C
In summer GPU idle is about 33-34*C and load is 55-61*C
Note the CPU and GPU are both overclocked.
This is it in it's current form. With new GPU it will look a little different.

I think that's all.

My reactions:

For $400, Dell probably gives you the same specs as my mom's Dell Dimension 8400.
Alienware (owned by Dell), charges you like $2000 for a GTX 760 and an i7-4770. Not a 4770K. A 4770.
For $400 you could've built the most badass next-gen console crusher. Not the most badass, but still more badass than a console.
