ZA Without Admins

Im making this thread and mulitple threads to try and get more za admins in server. The server goes chaotic without admins, pepole "ZAFake" and "GuestadminFake" Like jdawg and people cuss and go crazy and be assholes. watch this video of ZA when raz was afk . and i have one of jdawg being a "ZA Admin" coming up.

and it was lagging cause there was a guy with 1900 ping that just left.

Well if slim wants to give me the opportunity to train to be an admin then nothing like this will happen while I am on which is already alot and will be alot more if I was admin since its a duty. lol

I think the only solution is to have/train more admins. Like Ninja said people have stuff going on and it would be crazy to require admins to be on more at the least, or an extreme of requiring admins to be on x hours or times whatever. The latter I assume would never even be considered as its ridiculous.
So it seems logical to me that having more ZA members be some form of admin with at least kicking powers that this could be resolved fairly easily. Of course whether other ZA members are up to admining is up to them and Slim.
The other thought is guest admins. There are some already and I believe Huggy was recently accepted as one. I beleive the Adder has said that he is against guest admins as they are not part of the clan but in my opinion they are an excellent way to maintain server order. A good admin is going to to be a good admin whether or not they are in ZA or a guest. My example is Ninja, an very pleasant admin from my experience. I don't know if he was in ZA or not but either way he is still a good admin regardless.
Again in my opinion the solution is to have more admins in one way or another. With Adder and Star preoccupied, as they should be, with their child this is gong to be more important.
As for myself I do not enjoy the server as much when there is no admin but I still play. It is not difficult to ignore chat or walk around door blockers. Yes they make the game more annoying and yes an admin would help, but the game still functions.

couldn't some one write up a script where players can vote to kick another player. majoity wins. ~probably horrible idea`

just an idea but u could try something like giving members perks to the server.
For example as u get promoted u get a new command for the server aswell. But u wouldnt necessarily of had to apply for admin to get the perks just with every promotion comes a little bit of trust. like for example start with small things like the mute command, then NUKE ect.......

I think it has been mentioned before. Its not a bad idea if you don't use simple majority. Say a 2/3 vote(12 or 13 players if you round up or down) required for a kick. Admins of course would not be able to be kicked. It would be useful for kicking door blockers and rule breakers when no admin is on.

Vote kick will be coming in the next release of Phasor. In my opinion, giving admin powers to players is a bad idea. |

We recently got new admins. A lot of people have lives, so they can't be on halo 24/7 like you lemonz. That kick thing sounds like a good idea. |
