Black Friday is coming up and alot of things going on sale, especially on Amazon. If anyone finds any good deals on graphics cards, monitors, or things like that post them here. I'll try to post things I find as well.
I was looking to purchasing a new graphics card since i want 200 fps in CS:GO. I also am looking for a 120hz monitor (which means it has a 120 frame refresh rate and makes the game smoother).
Does anyone know if this card is any good for the price listed? http://www.amazon...d_i=507846
Im not looking for a super awesome card since im only playing CS:GO but if their is an awesome card on sale I wouldnt mind purchasing it. I've read this card is ok and its at a nice price. Your thoughts?

MasterA just keep in mind that you can bottleneck your system if you don't have a good cpu. For instance, I have a older gen amd quad core (phenom) and I have a GTX 550 TI. My system is bottlenecked due to my outdated cpu. I will need to upgrade my cpu before upgrading anything else further.
If I remember correctly, you had mentioned that your cpu was similar to mine. You will find that you are going to have the same thing happen to you if you don't upgrade your cpu soon. You can have the best gpu in the world but if it is being held back by your processor it won't matter.
Also that is a pretty good card for what you will be using it for (aside from the bottleneck you will create). Also be mindful of the space you have in your case. If that card I sold you barely fits or you don't have a whole lot of room to spare from just it, you likely won't be able to physically fit that card in your case. My case just barely fit the 550 ti and its a name brand company stock case like yours.

That GPU is the most overkill thing for CS:GO. Source engine is so well optimized for PCs that you can get a GTX 500 (maybe even 400!) series GPU that can max out CS:GO. If you want to go the AMD route, that would be the Radeon HD 6000 series or the Radeon HD 5000 series.
Also, 120hz monitors are not cheap. I'm probably going to get THIS 144hz monitor. I've heard great things about it.

I am going to get a Wii U on Black Friday Sales because I heard it's better than any other consoles out there aka XdoneJuan and PolyStation 8.

I know im just playing cs:go and halo but I don't mind paying a little bit extra to get a card that can last for awhile down the road than to just get a card that can run those two games for now. I don't want to get a card that can run CS:GO but will get outdated in a year lol. So i thought $160 for this card wasn't to bad.
If anyone finds any good deals on graphics card post them! Again I don't mind paying an extra 30 or 40 bucks if it'll net me a really good card lol.
@carnage idk i got this cpu brand new in 2011 so its about 2 years old. My cpu tower is pretty regular size its not a slim model or anything so i don't think space would be an issue. I don't have the funds to build a full cpu atm though :/
@hobo thats not a bad price for that monitor. Maybe they'll get a little cheaper going towards black friday eh

DO NOT GET EXPERIA Z! Bad idea... my friend got it and returned it within 1 week. It over heats, its heavy on one side and the waterproof only last for 8 hours... Better off with nexus or any other android phone |

Who is going to have their phone in water for 8 hours? :l If it's water proof for 8 hours that's a long time
