I can also provide information regarding a computer's hardware parts: Graphics Card, Motherboard, Memory RAM, Operating System, Hard Drive, Coolers, and Power Supply Unit. As for software, if you need help getting rid of viruses or installing a program like Photoshop, Movie Maker, or how to do a certain something for a certain software, then I can help you with that as well.
When am I available: I am almost always available on ZA clan website and on Xfire. So whenever I'm not busy and you need help with something regarding to computer questions, you can either leave me a PM to my inbox on the website or Xfire me and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
What are my methods: I can use TeamSpeak, xfire, and TeamViewer to help you with your issues. I walk with you step by step to help you fix issues. I ask you questions and based on your answers I ive you solutions to try until we find the exact issue and the right solution for your issue.

For some reason, between an interval of 3-4 minutes or so, my FPS would drop causing me to lag momentarily for about 5-10seconds, then my FPS would go back to normal. I'm not really sure why it's doing this, and I've tried reseting my router, didnt help. Any suggestions?
