YouTube videos wont play, help?

The other day while I was on my laptop youtube videos wouldn't load and after like 15 secs the youtube error message would come up. I thought it was just my laptop so I tried my main computer, my dads laptop and my mums desktop and they all had the same problem. Before I did this I checked to see if some drivers etc were out dated but nothing. I reset the modem etc and still nothing. I also tried using a cable but still didn't work. Every other website works except youtube. Not sure if it is my ISP having a problem because I have tried pretty much everything. Can anyone help me out? |

Connected my phone to the Wi-FI and that works on youtube. No idea why that does and none of our 4 computers wont...

I've had this problem before, for me I just toughed it out and after a day it returned to normal.
Sometimes youtube glitches out like this for some people.

Update your web browser and Adobe Flash Player to the latest version. That's all.

I have. I also checked all the other computers to make sure they were all up to date. Also tried multiple browsers and uninstalling/re-installing the browsers. Happened to my laptop a week ago but was working fine on my main computer till today. I have contacted my ISP to see if it is a issue on their end. Tried nearly everything and nothing seems to help or fix the issue. |

Like I said, I tried nearly everything. My ISP got back to me and said it was their server playing up and it would be fixed in a week or so. So nvm, nothing I can fix. |

Have you tried any other video websites like DailyMotion, Veoh, or Hulu and see if the videos from there worked? If not, then it's strange how Youtube is the only site that won't work. D:

Well facebook videos work so I thought that was weird and I tried a few diff sites and they all work. Not sure why it's just youtube but they said they were aware of the issue and it was something to do with their server. Everything has been quite slow to so idk. They said it will be fixed at the end of next week or apparently I can call their number and get them to disable something so it will work? Must have something enabled that broke and will only work if it's disabled or fixed. |
