I think it's time we bring back an old fashion zombie server. I don't know about the rest of you, but I miss the times that we all could get on the server without always having to wait in line if you know what I mean. Phazor is great and all, but I think we all got excited about it mostly so we didn't have fight with newbs to switch teams and everything.
So I suggest we keep the Phazor server for new players and have a more private server for vets. A good ol' fashion zombies server without uber mods, and password protect it.

It never seems like you have to wait in line to get into the mixed mode server. Have you tried it yet? Or perhaps you cite the reason that it's empty not to. Well if you joined that may change. =/
E: I sound like a salesman, but seriously. I hear you guys complain all the time about not being able to get into the alpha server. Try joining the mixed mode server for a change or at least when you can't get into the alplha server. |

To be completely honest Smiley, I'm not a huge fan of the mixed mode server. I have played it a few times, and am not too impressed. Wasn't it once the ZwG server? If it is, that is why I don't like it. I never played on ZwG for a reason. The reason, I didn't much like the game types. |

Hmmm, i haven't actually seen the mixed server up tho. And there's also the issue of keeping the password server up, cause most people are not aware of ol'school zombies like we know it. Those were rare and really amazing fun times, especially when we had a full server, but usualy 8-9 would be just as good. And i agree with smiley, even if you don't like mixed server try to get it up and started like how we used to do it...

as long as we can handle 3 servers.
needs a few restrictions like last nights za night numpty and wing did ao2 snipes death island we wer lucky to get them at all but luckily lag helped us get them since they stayed in the water. -.-

I say BACK WITH THE OLD!! lol I like the new server but I really miss the old stuff was a lot of fun except lunas panic was and will always be the bane of my existence

Well ZA Night was success on Sunday and we all kept saying how much we miss the pre-phasor zomb style. SO I agree with need a non auto-run server sometimes.
As for the mixed one - played there maybe 3 or 4 times and I don't care for the game types.
Now that the old server is up, if it stays up, we have out old server back!
It was a blast and I can't wait to use it again! |

@Numpty: The mixed mode server is not the ZwG server you're thinking of. To brush it off because of this is kind of ignorant.
@Googly: You probably don't see the server because, just like all the other players, you have your server browser set to not display empty servers. Which brings us back to the point of no one joining.
E: Here's a better question. Do you guys even know what gametypes are available on the mixed mode server? |

whoa guys
1. a Non-auto server is online 24/7 (just paid to have it up). so if you wanta classic game go there.
2. the Mixed mode server has alot of fun gametypes. and the only problem is getting enough mates there to enjoy them. |

No i think its a multitude of things. Like for one, not many people know about it. Some people who know about it dont follow the rules in panic anyway... and the voting thing is different because you have to type "vote #" instead of "#" and a few other things.

Loads of people know about it, they just can't be bothered to join.
Panic has been removed.
The voting system wouldn't stop people from joining. It takes half a second to type vote, and this issue has been raised before.
Anyway, each to their own. Some people don't like it - others do. We don't need to kill each other over it.
