We can't really judge the mouse because the effectiveness of a mouse depends on the user i.e. you. So how comfortable you find it.
Gamer mice = Gimmicks.
Gamer mice make little difference so just ignore the idea of them. Sensitivity may make a slight difference, but it's only a slight difference. Sensitivity's something that you have to get used to, so somebody with a medium sensitivity mouse who's been using their mouse for a long time could play better than somebody with a high sensitivity gaming mouse who's only been using their gaming mouse for a week or two. |

Mine says HP on it. The middle mouse button doesn't work. When I move it the cursor on the screen moves too. I find this helpful.

I have to disagree. I recently bought a gaming mouse (the logitech g500 laser mouse) and I can already tell that it has helped. I was using a stock optical mouse from hp that came with my computer. With this mouse my aim has been alot smoother and I feel that it has helped me. Of course experience always plays a part too.
