Computer spam problem

Alright ive been combating this damned virus for over 3 weeks now. Ive hit it with all ive got and i cant afford a wipe and reload now.. Ive used Avast, Malwarebytes, Spybot S&D, Windows updates Window washer, registry cleaners, disk clean up and defragmenter. Hell i did it 3 times in safe mode and a dozen avast boot scans. I have no idea what to do. someone wanna give me legit ways to fix this?
What this thing does isnt so bad really but at first all it did was open a tab to some unknown site and spam walmart and stuff at me. Recently ive noticed that my computer is suuuuper slow and i have no idea whats wrong with it.

Thats the catch im not getting any kind of new computer anytime soon, and if i wanna do a system restore ill have to wait for the weekend after to do it becaulse my net isnt good enough for updates. it took me 3 days to do it.. and besides Virgl gave me a possible fix that might just work but i have yet to find out.

System Restore doesn't need an internet connection. However, as far as I'm aware it doesn't remove documents and suchlike, so unless this is a system infection it won't do anything.
Perhaps you could purchase a thorough anti-virus/adware/spamware program to do the job for you. |

Well Virgil gave me an Anti Adware to download. Ive let it run all day today, ill check it out when i get home, from the looks of it it found a few extra things that malwarebytes diddnt catch. I let both programs do thier jobs last night, and it ran really slow. and anti adware was still going. I removed the things that bytes found, then let adware rescan again. it should be done by now. Its some kind of spam that only bugs me when im in any of my browsers. ill open a thrid tab than all of a sudden a 4th tab i just close it but what really pissed me off was that it likes to redirect the sites i go to, ill click on a thread then it sends me to some unknown search engine..

Double post lol- Anyways i got home now, I scanned with the anti adware, it gave me 4 infected and all the files related to them (24+) I removed all of them. restarted the computer and its still there.... Ill be looking forward to talking to you slim
EDIT: I finnaly fixed it, I talked to my dad and showed a really fast trick for this kind of adware, you had to go to "C/WINDOWS/drivers/hosts" all you had to do is delete the "hosts" file and it worked. He joked about that. He said they dont teach that in PC Tech.. My old man still has a few tricks up his sleeve x3

That's pretty cool. My dad wouldn't know a computer if it slapped him in the side of the head. All he can do is facebook, and he even has a hard time with that sometimes. XD

and slimjim, thats because mac runs differently compared to PC, its not targeted as much because its not as common, and its worth more money because of it, thats also why i sadly cant play halo on here (unless i can get a halo for mac thing, but thats like $80 on eBay) OR i can use this thing called BootCamp which has a fake PC on my mac, but a mac has .dmg files for most things on it, while a pc uses .exe! so there is my lesson 
and i knew all that before, if i googled it, id find a lot of things i missed

well the computer finnaly kicked the bucket, im wipe and reloading but i cant use it for a while becaulse of my net connection being too slow. For now ill be on my laptop, i wont be able to play halo or anything ftf.

Yea im pretty much out of commission I took my sisters computer i made her, it runs but not so well even with 4gb in it and the on board sound is shot... Its a some what decent computer but the earliest ill be able to run at full speed is Wednesday. Srry for th double post.
