clean installation of vista - for Brick and others

 before you do clean install you have to back up any important file on your pc that you might need. because a clean install will install a fresh copy of windows and erase everything on your pc. just like a brand new pc you just bought from the store. this will make your pc like new and clean all the viruses and malware you have. your pc will be brand new
make sure you back up the files and data that you need before you start a clean install

1.insert the windows vista dvd and restart your pc.
wait for the prompt that will say boot from cd or dvd... hit enter
2.then click on install now
[color=#ffff33]3.then select your language time and that settings and all
4.click on install now
5.enter product key...and continue
[/color]6.it will ask you what type of installation? click on custom/advanced option
7.then it will ask you where to install windows
(delete all the partition you see there except unallocated space one. you cant delete that even if you try to)
8.then install windows on Disk 0 unallocated space.
thats it. wait for it to complete the installation.

 When my computer broke, I contacted the supplier, Dell, and they send me the OS installation disk since it came pre-installed on the HD. You should contact the customer support from wherever you got your computer.

If you have a product key, you could burn an ISO from the internet onto a disk ...

I think that might be the service code not product key.
you can use that code when you contact your manufacturer.
