i was hoping i could maybe get some ideas for a christmas gift for my mom. i have around 30 dollars to spend on it plus whatever money my brothers put in. last year i got her a snow globe that was engraved and had a picture of our dogs in it i also got her a charm bracelet. i was thinking something towards that direction. i was thnking maybe my and my brothers could take a really nice picture of us and our dogs and get her one of those nice digital frames that has like silver around it and stuff.

Those frames are a good idea. Another good idea is a "treat yourself" collection, like a dvd, nail polish, favorite snack and drink, new book, etc - wrap it up in a basket and she will have a few simple and inexpensive gifts that she can enjoy to destress.
Another good mom gift - at walmart.com in the photo section, you can upload a picture of you and your bros, and have it printed on a necklace or bracelet.
My mom LOVES homemade, customizeable stuff - like quilts and charm bracelets, arts & crafts, etc - for mother's day one year I made her a mix cd with songs that all had the word "mom" or "mamma" in it. Lawl.
Anyway, best of luck.

I think it's always nice to make something - perhaps cook up a little treat?

N.B. Heating up a frozen pizza doesn't count, and try not to burn your cookies.

I believe the best gift for a mom would be something made by you. Like others have said, anything such as food will be awesome. At the same time you can get her a gift that will last, such as a necklace, but also remember to personalize it just for her.
Just get your mom a gift that shows how much you love her! |

If you're any good at art, what my brother, sister and I did for Mother's day years ago was all make pictures of ourselves. I did a pencil self-portrait, my brother took a photo and my sister did this abstract green thing. Mothers appreciate that kind of thing, I hear.
