So any MD thats not part of halo will need to wear za tags. However things are a bit different, and some the same.. let me explain:
- Chair persons and MD admins are the only 1s that can recruit.
- When recruiting a contract must be filled out by the applicant (Form is listed below)
- Only Chairpersons can approve or disapprove.
- Once the applicant is accepted he wears little za tags. Private tags are worn till its decided he is ready to be a full member. (Same private rules stand)
- Full ZA tags are earn by the same standards as the halo part ie. activeness.
- Chairpersons submit the name to the Promotion Committee who then decide if said person gets promoted to Corps. (form is being worked on)
- To become an MD admin chairperson must once again submit the name to the Promotion Committee, if said person gets approved he moves to the rank of Command Sergeant Major (form is being worked on)
- MD only members still need XFIRE!!
- MD members will have access to ZA clan members forums.
- MD admins will only have moderator access on their MD forum.
Recruitment Contract :
In order for you to join our _____ division you need fill out, "sign", and date this contract. After you're done PM it back to me.
I ________ promise to behave and act respectfully in every server that I play in. I also promise to wear my tags proudly when I'm in a ZA server. I will always follow ZA rules and rules from any server that I'm playing on. I will be active in my MD and its forums. If I'm not active, I might be demoted or kicked out of the clan. If I am ever given admin I will never abuse its powers, and I will promise to be as fair as I can.

not to nit pick, but certain games dont allow name changes. Runescape only does if you are a member. so if sloking (just example) makes an account in 05, then joins our RS md but has no cash to buy membership. on his free version of the game he will not be able to change name at all.

Well the same thing goes for the Minecraft players but thats why in our forum we have the Minecraft player's usernames or at least i'm gonna have one of the admins help me set up a list.

Yeah, this one will be a bit hard because in RuneScape not only can you not change your name unless you are a member but you also cannot put alt codes or brackets in your name, hence why althors name is ZA Althor.

So members of RS, MC and LL need to wear za tags in their game but they'll remain the same on the site?
And Buck and I did create an FC/ZA Clan Members group - shouldn't members go in there since the MDs cover both?

But i can't change my name on LoL to za____ that cost money to change you names, i think. Am i right that you have to change your name to fit to za?
