"Oh crap we're screwed!" said a marine. "Yea in two hours covenant force will amass a fighting force doubled the size of the army in this base!" said another marine. "What happened to back up? Didn't captain Burges send out the message?!" "No communications are scrambled thanks to those alien bastards." "What are we gonna do!" "Calm down!" said a marine who looked well to old to be in the army. He was sporting a beard and mustache combo. Grey working it's way in through most of his hair. "You call yourself marines?!" "Staff sergeant Zoro! Tenhuht! "Back in my day marines didn't cower death, no they spat at it and laughed." "Now come over here I'm about to tell you pansies ah story that might help." So all the marines were crowding near the staff sergeant to hear his story. "Now I'm pretty sure you have heard of master chief correct?" "Yes sir!" they all replied. "Well he ain't the only spartan around. Back in the days before chief, they had made another spartan. Just as strong, just fast, and just brave, but he went rogue and left marines. Still clinging on to his armor this rogue spartan would travel planet to planet killin all the evil and wrong doers he saw." "What? There are no other Spartans beside chief!" "Shut the fuck up and let me finish god dammit!" the staff sergeant yelled. Continuing with his story "Now even though he was doing good left and right the military still Acknowledged him as a rogue solider that had to be killed. Even then he helped the marines when ever he could. And it's because of him I owe my life to him. Now you remember the battle of New Gulch?" "Yea it's one of the most destructive and hard battles the marines ever faced." one of the marines said. "True true ,but we would have never won if he hadn't came along. It was around the time the military found the ring so to study it better they started to make a military base their. It would be named New Gulch if the covenant hadn't come. They came out of no where banshees shooting rod rounds on the workers making the bases. Before we knew it two dozen covenant drop ships appeared dropping elites, grunts, jackels, hunters, etc. The marines their we're very limited on supplies and vehicles. All we had were machine gun and rocket hogs, ar's, shotties and rockets. "With no time to spare we hunkered down in the unfinished bases, the way they look now. Only a few lucky marines could actually kill some of the covenant the others well lets not get into that...any ways we were just about lose hope when their he was the lone spartan. His spartan armor was more bulkier than chiefs and he wore a cowboy hat like they did all those hundreds of years ago. He came in riding a bull dog ( that's the halo motorcycle for those who don't know.) with two machine guns on the front. He rode off the top of the canyon landing on a drop ship that was half way up then landing on one that grounded. As soon as he touched the ground those dual machine turrets on the bull dog started taking out force left and right. Oh those covenant tried soo hard just to land one hit on him but he was too fast. Hitting the brakes he did a halfway front flip then swerved hitting the covenant like a round house kick. Faster than I could see. Pulled out dual magnums takin out twenty of those e.t.'s. Half of the covenant forces that were surrounding blue base were gone. That's when us marines knew it was time to take action, all of the fifteen marines that were in the base were killin covenant left and right and before we knew it we cleared covenant forces of blue base. Just as we where about to go to red base reinforcement pelicans came in wiping out the rest of the covenant." And from that day on New Gulch became Blood Gulch on the account their was blue shit everywhere." But before anyone could thank him he was gone just like that." "Wow staff sergeant, he sounds incredible!" said one marine. "Sir the covenant ships are here!" said the guard that was on duty. "Well whose ready to kick e.t's ass?!" yelled the staff sergeant. "We are sir!!!" yelled the marines. As everyone was getting ready to fight their hearts out, the staff sergeant saw the him on the horizon: the lone spartan. And with that the staff sergeant smiled and said "MOVE OUT!"
