Cant a Former ZA Return?!

But I understand if I left completely and it means I will have to start over again with the dinky tags, then so be it....I just wanted to return to ZA to be with my friends i made here and to enjoy zombies. p.s.- Hope to see ya soon guys....remember it's just little ol' me... It's just if you were already given an answer, you don't ask someone else cause you dont like the orig answer. You did this once already with the name change. You were told no, then asked someone else and got the answer you wanted. That's not allowed.
