why? they are harmless. they are more scared of you than you are of them. ofcrse if its poisonous you have reason to be scared......
almost got bitten by a redback once, that was one of those fear for ur life moments. scorpians are similar

ehh some spider are scary and i dont get why(i know off topic) ppl are scared of snakes my mom flips out every time she sees a snake and tries to make me wear the stupid leather gloves to catch them. i just pick them up by the tail
