 i feel like its not good but its no worse then cigarettes or alcohol all three of them kill your brain cells

 its something some people use to escape reality, like alchohol and such, although it doesnt do them any good to use it, they only hurt themselves more. Idk anything about medical usage, so i hold no veiws about that.
