1. "system Idle Process" is not taking up all your cpu.
for example: if system idle process is at 98%, that means only 2 % of your cpu is being used. so the opposite of what system idle is is your true usage. see "cpu usage" on the performance tab of task man for that %.
2. Run a defrag. i would recomend iobit smart defrag, run a deep optimize. that will help out.
Clean out some temp files.
Your hijack this scan shows you have/Had Kaspersky & AVG. pick one and make sure the other is fully removed as 2 a/v's cause slowdowns.
Disable boot up scan with AVG, it can cause really slow boots
3. Define more plz |

The problem is, I had the iexplore.exe virus/trojan, and I don't know whether or not it is removed. I had a folder in system32 called ie8 which I read that it was a high change of being the trojan.
The iexplore.exe trojan supposedly latches onto the legitimate iexplore.exe (Internet Explorer by Microsoft) and runs silently/windowless.

I can be another user of this. If this virus continues to spread, It will screw up your Comp. My dads Tech nerd, took 2 weeks to clear up my laptop. It took 2 days of non-stop defraging. Everytime he remove the virus, it would find new folders or bulid its own an would multiply by millions. It was a pain, but he did some special tech skills an finally got it under control. He said it was from some random fanboy sending me a fake virus link to some random as* website. But I have Norton & Malware.
**OFF TOPIC**
Which I have a pain with Norton since you know im a Xbox Modder. Cain an Able,NetTools,my Host Booters, an other programs all come up as High viruses an would remove them. But I figured the bypass an got it ! : D
But, Im still learning lots an lots about Viruses, websites from slim! (Still trying to get help! : P) an many other things. But to conclude, I'd get a Team View an fix it or send it to a Local Tech nerd !
