I guess this would fall under suggestions but whatevs. Okay so this is my proposal.
Have Skype parties (once a month) where everyone logs in at the same time.
I know most of yall are like (Dude we have a Team Speak....) Skype's audio is better, less echo and such, less timing out, and just an overall better program. TS is great for gaming don't get me wrong (Takes less memory to run, therefore less lag from it). But for conversations I think Skype is better.
BTW I know this may go against protocol, but 21+ could drink....but I don't know how to explain it. This would be probably only for 18+ in the clan, don't like to split the clan that way.
We used to do it all the time in this other game I played (about 2-3 years ago) and it was loads of fun.

I like it. The drinking may not be allowed. Times for international players would have to be arranged. I think it is a good idea.

True.....But isn't around 1am CST around 8pm for Austrailia? It would probably be later at night... but on a weekend.

Skype? Like the iPad video chat thing? And would we be gaming or just sitting around talking like a bunch of school girls at a slumber party? I think it could be for all ages and those that are legally allowed to partake in beverages can if they want or not, just like any other night of their lives.

bahaha no Starface we would prob be in game.......But prob with Skype is that it takes loads of memory to run. So I don't know how that would affect Halo....
P.S. - But my original idea was not really in-game, Thanks Starface  It was to get to know everyone in the clan better. And have a great time. (It would be cool if we had a browser game like idk Terraria or something.) I know what I want to say but it's not coming out right. A game more strategic? per say....that we could all coordinate on?

The game I used to play was Evony......It was more like Stratego with mass amounts of players.

Skype is free yes. TS communication is poor. I have never had a ZA night so I really have no idea if I just stated a suggestion that already goes on lol.

Skype is free if u call to another skype but u also can call cellphones or house numbers but it have an extra price
