My computer gets constant leakage. Didn't know it was possible to fix really. Also, going back to what Carnage said: CS:GO, and any game running on the Source engine for that matter, is EXTREMELY well optimized for PCs so that low-end computers can still (hopefully) run games. However, it is true that these games are more CPU intensive than GPU intensive. So make sure your computer is able to handle it. I was able to run CS:GO on my 2010 MacBook Pro (Intel Core 2 Duo processor and a GTX 320M or some shit like that) and it had a playable framerate on med-low settings.
