I've already contacted and talked to Nintendo's customer support about that years ago. They said the idea was brilliant, but they won't be able to do something like that as it would require major responsibilities on controlling the servers from lag, trolls, ad scammers, etc just like every other MMORPG's out there. Even if they make a fee to unlock special features with premium benefits.. :/

Yeah, or they should make pokemon fork and spoon, where you capture pokemons and make them fight. That would be an unexpected and refreshing addon to the pokemon franchise.
Or how about pokemon dishwasher and washing machine, if that one doesnt exist yet?

Yes, but we have to agree on one part that Pokémon's storyline is billion times superior than 343i's fan fiction knowledge into making Halo 4, 5, and 6. We already know that Halo 4 sucked, so not surprised on how bad 5 and 6 would turn out to be. Also Pokémon X and Y was at 2nd and 3rd place right after GTA V for the most copies sold during last month of October.

There's no single argument to compare the work of 343 with pokemon.
Here's a short summary of all the 100000+ ctrl-c ctrl-ved anime series:
Ash walks. Ash finds a pokecenter. Ash finds a pokemon. Ash is challenged for a battle. Team Rocket shows up and give the same intro. They steal his yellow rabbit and flee. Ash cries. Ash gets pikachu back.
Game franchise:
You walk around and talk to people. You catch pocket monsters by throwing balls at them. You have a high res battle (with battle i mean clicking on phrases to make them do the same attacks)
If I would make a short summary of Halo 4's storyline, people would get angry because it would take 2 pages.
And the reason of the amount of sold copies is because there is a fuckload of little children who get it from their parents as christmas present and there are way less skilled/experienced players out there who play games such as halo. I mean what pro is gonna buy a game with the name 'X' or 'Black' or something?

Pokémon online competitive battle does require skills. You can even search battles on Youtube about it. Remember, it's not always about attacking the opponent's Pokémon with an attack power move. There are moves that doesn't apply any physical damage, but can power up your team in stats. So yeah, it does require a lot of strategy. Also every new Pokémon games that release have different gameplay, storyline, and other features as well. Also you may not like it, but I and some others here do. And I would play Pokémon over Xbox 360 and Halo 4 any day as for you being vice versa on that. I'm also mostly a PC gamer and sold my Xbox 360 away as I don't need that garbage anymore. I love playing on my Nintendo 3DS whenever I'm not on my PC. But anyways, please stick to main topic of the thread as we don't want any type of argument going on between 2 different games turning this thread into some sort of a debate.. Thanks.

I'm a professional Shiny hunter; Catching shinies is in my blood- and I do it legitimately using Masuda Method or Pokeradar; no hacks, no semi-legit things like RNG or pokecheck. I have five this gen alone:
-3IV Ampharos (hatched) - Awesome in mega form, it's dark colouring becomes almost white-pink.
-5IV Gardevoir (hatched) - This is gorgeous in Mega form with it's black ballgown dress <3
-4IV Goodra (hatched) - It looks like an adorable lump of custard.
-5IV Flabebe (orange)
- Furfrou (traded)
- Magikarp (fished)
Along with many, many others that lie in wait to be transferred across to my Y version. My latest pursuit is a Shiny Nidoran female; I adore Nidoqueen's dark green colour, though I won't be too put off if it's male because Nidoking is pretty awesome in blue too. Or maybe I'll try for a Shiny Buneary...
I dabble in the competitive side of pokemon, have a pretty mean trick room team if I say so myself, but I don't enjoy battling.
My favourites from each gen:
Gen 1: Nidoqueen
Gen 2: Ampharos - coincidentally my favourite across all gens
Gen 3: Claydol - coincidentally my first "real" shiny pokemon, that is a non scripted shiny
Gen 4: Lopunny
Gen 5: Archeops
Gen 6: Goodra
I also have a fondness for the general Electric type (except Pikachu) and the general Ground type.
Oh, and if anyone needs it, I can hook 'em up with a lot of crap like non-Kalos starters or fossils. I have most of the starter set already and plently of 4-5IV breeding rejects as well as a select few non-Kalos dex mons like Koffing or Buneary. Don't need an awful lot in return for em either.

The last Shiny I ever encountered was a black Patrat with blue eyes and the previous one before that was a purple Wurmple from Pokémon Sapphire version.
