In powerlifting 5' 9" is short. The taller you are the more room you have to expand your muscles. the shorter you are the harder it is to hit up higher weights, but being short has an advantage since i have to go a shorter distance in every different category. So ya I may come out guns blazing, but if i want to compete at the next level which would be competing against the world, height is a great advantage. If I want to keep competing and try to gain as much size, mass, and muscle (all for my height) steroids is what most short people take to even have a chance. I REFUSE TO TAKE STEROIDS. I want to be all natural and clean when I wreck other people in competitions.
IF YOU CAN'T DO IT NATURALLY, DON'T DO IT AT ALL.

My diet consists of carbs, fruit, chicken, salmon, and catfish. 5 small meals a day. every now and then a cheat day. CHEAT DAY = SEE FOOD DIET. YOU SEE FOOD YOU EAT IT.
