Not treating it like a game. Lets say it was planned or not, like you said, the highest officials will get the real answers, while everyone under them from rankings and to the public will know a fake "truth" so it will be "better" for the public.
It can all be possible. Just thing about it. Getting a few people injured, and less than 10 killed to pass laws in the favor of the "corrupted". Remember, the US has over 300 million people, for them those killed and injured in the Boston bombings were nothing compared to the population, in their opinion.
I strongly hate humans killing another. For me 1 life is too many. But the corrupted ones in power care less, for them it's all about control by laws, money, and themselves.
I think with every single problem that America faces, somebody always brings up the one essential question:
Was it a conspiracy?
From many viewpoints, conspiracies and other ideologies on what may or may not have happened all seem plausible because at the moment, the common collective is still searching for a penultimate motive on why these two men did what they did.
Of COURSE it can be sketchy when only higher ups question the bombers, but this was an act of terrorism, and terrorism is always a case that the FBI or CIA get involved with. But of course, if the local police were to question the guys, that would make it more trust worthy?
There are always going to be convincing conspiracies, but right now, all I see are two men who blew up a peaceful gathering of athletes for nothing more than to get their message across in a violent and evil way. That's it, nothing more to it.

As for the "evidence" itself, it's all completely CIRCUMSTANTIAL.
I think emotions, scapegoating, and overall fear are running a bit to rampant right now to be calling anything a "setup" at the moment. What purpose would the Government gain from bombing innocents? To send a message? I think they would've sent a more powerful one by murdering children, but oh wait apparently Sandy Hook is a sham made by the Government as well.
What message is there to send? This was the act of two people, nothing more. I think in times like this, we tend to blame other things that have no part in what happened, instead of blaming the actual bombers?
The bomber who posted a FB status about him being innocent. We can't say for certain he is telling the truth. Same goes for the Aunt, she was family, of course it's upsetting to see a family member commit an atrocious act and my sympathies do truly go out to her. But she is clearly in emotional duress and is suspending her disbelief, it can be safe to assume that any caregiver would feel the same way.
I'm not saying that it is not possible for it to be a conspiracy, but this happened so recently, there shouldn't be such hysteria now. If this was a conspiracy, then so could've everything else in history such as:
Hitler's Death
9/11
Osama Bin Laden's Death
JFK's Assasination
Water Gate
The Death of Trotsky
Kony 2012
And everything else. There are a plethora of facts I'm sure, but which ones can anyone actually confirm?
Again, let's focus our attention right now on the injured and grieving families that were affected by the tragedy, not on scapegoat stories.
