 Ignore him. Do kill vultures. They are rodent-like birds. They feed off other predators' prey and random dead corpses. They're also dangerous carriers. They can pick up diseases off of rotting corpses and may infect you if you get too close. (All kinds of bacteria and flees and lice can be stuck in their feathers which can move on to you and infect you easily)

To conclude, DO KILL VULTURES. It is a highly recommended action and may save your life!
