What BamBam is trying to say is that Shawn needs a nice, honest, sincere, theraputic discussion without, which I am attempting right now, to better understand his rationale and readon him out of what he is doing. He may change for the better, although even thes best case scenario that will take a long time. But as a realist, I say 95% Shawn may still be the way he is, if that he is choice.
Regardless, in order to maintain our own dignity and self-respect, try to cut down all that vile and unnessary crap said about Shawn, or else you may end up scooping down to the same level as Shawn. I appreciate the notices and warnings of Shawn's wrongdoing, but don't keep up fanning the flames. Best is if we don't mention Shawn's name at all, aside from mentioning these incidents as warnings to others. I expect ZA to be better than that.
*Btw, I am 100% aware of all the crap Shawn had done in the past, not just ZA, but also Cnr an other clans. I played with Shawn for years (when he went jdawg, iElevate, Shay, and other names) and know many of the craps he had done (check his xfire videoes), esp. many towards me. So no, I am not naive, and I keep up viligance very high when talking to him. But I also want to be sincere to him in order to him to give me honest answers.
From these discussions Shawn:
I found that, yes, Shawn did confirm that he was impersonating Shealth as well as Wings as the thought processes of Shawn.
I was thinking making a new thread "Psychology of Shawn" so we learn and understand why he is behaving the way that he is, but I fear that there will be nasty, unnecessary comments made about him.

I don't blame people getting frustrated with Shawn either. Tbh I am really frustrated when dealing with Shawn as well, although try not to show it. But I am starting to get irratated when people start to spew crap about Shawn unnecesarily or mentioning his name in that derotagory manner whereever I go (Big example is in the this or that thread).

If you hate Shawn so unbearably much, best is to to block him out from your mind. Pretend he doesn't exist. Ignore him, like what Brick said.
But if you continually with writing/posting bad things about Shawn, you are actually still doing Shawn a big favor. Shawn wants attention, and he wants his name to be up there circulating all the time, whether in a good light or bad.
Do you want to do Shawn a favor?

After 2 years with Shawn, I learned that there is so much more do in Halo, and in life, than the preoccupy my thoughts with one person (Shawn).
But if Shawn starts to bug me again, I can 1. ignore him 2. laugh it off (esp. when he starts bragging about getting 250 kills on a ZA game on day, and he's the best zombie player ever) 3. troll him back. For example, Shawn started to rage when I set all the ridiculous conditions he had to do in order to get my password (which I never will give him). One of the conditions is for him to xfire all the ZA and CnR members and apologize of them, telling how much of an asshole he was to them, and ask for forgiveness.
Shawn actually behaves in a very predictable manner. Once when you can thicken your skin get past his insulting languages and foul demeanor, he is actually not that difficult to deal with. A bit class, dignity, sarcasm, and wit wll do. Most of all, be yourself, and don't feel like you have to go down to the same level of d-baggery as Shawn in order to deal with him. Worse, don't start raging at him. That is want he wants.

If you know it's him applying, have fun with him. Tweak him in the nose and ear. Tell him that this is the nth time he has been rejected, a ZA record or something. Or pretend that you don't know that the applicant was Shawn, and tell him he wasn't accepted because he wasn't skilled enough, not becuase of his personality. That will really set him off, since he thinks he is the best zombie player evarrr. 
Ofc ignore him when he isn't around(such as when he is not troll this site). But when he starts knocking at your door again(on xifre, Halo, or anywhere else), try putting the ball back on his court while standing your own ground and maintaining your own dignity.
