Yeah, but anyone can make a PC, but would would it mean. Would a PC count as a console if your running it on Q-DOS and 1 Mhz? Is there a certian rig for it to be a console.

No, a Clock. A computers clock is a divided(or something) numbers of how many on and offs it can do. Our brains just can do less on and offs than other CPU's. Like early mainframes with 1 transsister, it could only do 1 on and off.

Not that kind of clock, on a CPU the ammount or soemthnig (I forget it has to do with a number of transisters). They turn on and off to a certian speed, that speed is a clock. Like a AMD 64 prossesors clock is 2.0 Ghz.
