They won't cross in our lifetimes but possibly in the future they will. We just have to keep searching for where we think they might be and hope they're doing the same for us.

um guise when we develop warp capable ships and phasors we will go and hunt them down and make them be our friends. i hope to be reincarnated at a space ship captain. lol

Yes I think there are aliens out there. Would they be little green men and drive, what the cliche pic of a ufo looks like? Probably not. There are so many planets even, in our galaxy (Our solar system makes up what 9 planets, sorry not having pluto as a planet screws me up...think about 100s of 1000s of solar systems)<-See what I did there for effect :D.
i am pretty sure we lack the smartness of aliens. Aliens prob think we are the dumbest in the galaxy little do they know they are right. we fight for such stupid reasons and such

Just as the well-known astrophysicist, theoretical physicist, and cosmologist Dr. Stephen Hawking has said, to think that the inhabitants of Earth are the only intelligent, sentient beings in this vast universe is not only foolish, but could be a potentially deadly mistake The aliens are out there, and there's a good chance that when they find us, if they haven't already, they won't be friendly.

aliens are there, and if you need proof just look at our green cards. it says alien # A..........
ok now for the serious part Aliens are there and they have built the time machine so whenever we find them they just go back into time and fix it, and also they are way advanced with their technologies.

tell him 2 stop watchin Dr.Who
Or maybe Hawk should start watching it?
It's very self-centered 'Earth is center of the universe' type thinking to say that we're the only life in the entire universe.

Think about it, the universe is so vast that we can barely begin to comprehend it, it would be foolish to think we're the only intelligent life out here, let alone the only life out here.

aliens are perhaps one of the many oddities of our universe. after all, what stops evolution (i cant tell if i'm a elvolutionary creationist, as in i believe god or some other being of higher intelligence"created" creatures, but gave them the ability to evolve to suit their needs..... over years) from occuring on other planets. Now, life as we know is sustained by h2o, or hydrogen monoxide (aka water), that is what gives life on earth. from what i know, all elements are universal throughout the galaxy (however i assume there are other elements as well). from sattellite photos i looked at of mars, there appears to be trenches from erosion made by water. water... is life (as we know). but there is little knowledge of how long there was water. however, though, if there are aliens, they may just be simple asexual bacteria (if they live on any other planet)
dihydrogen monoxide*
Life doesn't have to be sustained by H2O, or amino acids, or even atomic nuclei (ok, that's a bit out there, but who's do say quantum/energy based life forms can't exist?)
Do Aliens Exist?
I don't have any direct evidence of them existing, but assuming what we know about the universe is true (it being vast and full of stars, some of which have planets), then it would be foolish to say they do not exist, for that is to say that for all the quadrillions of stars out there, there is not one which has a planet in the goldilocks zone, where liquid water can exist, and where amino acids can combine to form primitive life. And this isn't even taking into account the fact that life could be based on any number of other chemical/physical foundations which we are unaware of.
Has the government been covering up knowledge of their existence?
I highly doubt this. This is just conspiracy theorists up to their usual mumbo-jumbo. There's no discernible reason as to why this would/could be the case, and no evidence from any unbiased source to support it.
What do aliens look like?
They could look like us or any other creature we've seen on Earth, or they could look entirely different. However, the chances of them being even remotely similar to us in regards to their physiology is silly. The only way this could ever be the case is if environments consistently follow certain paths which consistently lead to life forms of a certain form, but that's a ridiculous assertion which has absolutely no evidence to back it up.
Are we aliens from outer space?
Last I checked everyone on Earth was born on Earth.
Is this the matrix?
No, we're not filming a movie. If instead you're asking if we might be in some simulated world similar to the Matrix, that I cannot say. Unless we start seeing "glitches" in our day-to-day life I'm pretty sure no one will ever be able to say whether or not this is true.
Y'all should watch Carl Sagan's explanation of why he believes alien life exists in the universe. And other videos by him:

And if you like movies, you should watch "Contact". Here's the intro to that movie:
The reason aliens might be smarter than us is cus there race has probably existed much longer humans have only been here for what 10,000 or 20,000? Whose to say that alien race isn't a million years old? Who knows they might already be here but don't want to show themselves cus they relize how many people would freak out
A strong man stands up for himself. A stronger man stands up for others. Are you stronger?
There's nothing to say any given alien race will be more intelligent than us. However, any alien race we make contact with probably will be - we've only had the technology to contact other planets for, what, 50 years? Think how much more time we will be sending out signals. If we find another species out there they will be in the phase where they have this technology so logically pretty far along.

There's also the fact that the universe has existed for so long. Any number of alien races could have emerged before us, and so long as their "lifetime (of their race)" isn't extremely short, that leaves a great majority of races that have been around longer than us. And thus a great majority that are more technologically advanced than we are.
