 Yes, that is a hotpot. I've had hotpot stew before. I asked if this was it, and hat said no, but I guess I didn't explain myself right.

We did hotpot outside one night and each made our own sauce and added whatever we wanted to the stock. So like - I added what I wanted and my other family members added what they wanted (veggie and meat wise) then we ate. It was interesting.
