there are a few COD gametypes which i would say are strategic and non clusterf**k but they get nowhere near the amount of players that things like TDM and FFA do which are just annoying whereas in bat

Depends which game type you play really, Vigil. But being less strategy (on some game types...) does not make it more childish. It's a easier game obviously.
