Hey everyone,
As some of you may know - Slim has enabled us to begin celebrating important dates and holidays in our stats server by giving up triple the credits on these days. I know some people will be thinking "the more days the better!" but please let us refrain from suggesting every possible holiday.
Here is the preliminary list of dates, which I hope to narrow down even further by removing some of the holidays we might not really need. I do not want to miss any MAJOR HOLIDAYS of any of our FC and ZA members, so please - let me know if I've missed any. If there are any holidays on the list you DON'T celebrate, also let me know. I am trying to keep the list of only holidays that MANY people celebrate.
ALSO - Since Trunks isn't around anymore, and he does not have a birthday listed, and some of the FC founders do not have birthday's listed, I would like to have a Creator Day or Founder Day to honor them. What day do you suggest?
Dates for 2012
December 23rd - 29th - Christmas Week
Should we add New Years Eve? I think we should, plus New Years Day.
Also, the First Day of Chanukah is TODAY! Should we add stuff like this too?
Here are the dates for 2013 - many of these change year to year (like Martin Luther King JR Day is the 3rd Monday in January - so we will need to update year to year).

May 14th - Stats Added to Phasor Server
May 27th - Memorial Day US
June 15th - Buck's Birthday
June 16th - Fathers' Day US/UK
July 4th - Independence Day US/Tyler's Birthday)
July 20th - Star's Birthday
August 17th - Teamspeak Server created
September 5th - Hat's Birthday
September 6th - Carnage's Birthday
September 11th - Admin Guidelines Created
September 16th - Independence Day MEX
October 7th - Adder's Birthday
October 31st - Halloween
November 19th - FC and ZA Merge
November 28th - Thanksgiving
December 4th - Cookie's Birthday
December 22nd - 28th - Christmas Week
December 26th - Kwanzaa

I would suggest we do founders day some time in April, probably mid, since it only has one event in it. The other months already have quite a few.
As for ones we could remove I don't think we need to celebrate the creation of the ts server.

We should limit triple cR to just a few times a year - otherwise, it's not an event, just a regular thing. Once every month or two, I'd have thought. We could also try to space them out.
Anniversary/christmas week (which we're discussing)
St Patricks Day or Easter
4th July
Halloween
Thanksgiving?
They're the most important, I think. We can try to fill in the gaps with whatever people like.

I love the idea, but like hat said, i think we should make it a regular thing. I think 30 days of triple cr is a bit too much.
I think we should only do leader birthdays, server/clan creations and the important stuff that you really celebrate, like new year, christmas, halloween and stuff like that. For example the martin luther king JR day. Ofcourse its an important day, but i dont think its really neccesary to make triple cr for these days. Those are really days like ''hey did u know its martin lthr king day'' ''no, cool'' and thats it. They arent really celebrations, you know

Sounds good. I think it takes away from this being a special event if it's happening every week. I would just do it for a few events, but run the triple credits a day or two either side of the date.
Personally, I would cut this list down to this:
January 1st - New Years Day
(February 14th - Valentine's Day)
March 31st - Easter Sunday
October 31st - Hallowe'en
November 19th - FC and ZÅ Merge
(November 28th - Thanksgiving)
December 22nd - 28th - Christmas Week/ZÅ Founded
Those in brackets I think are less important and could be emitted.

Yeah the the list is a little to long to have triple cR. Maybe just limit to the important holidays or just once or twice a month....

There are 2 different Eids we celebrate. One after the month of Ramadan. And another after 2 months or so from the first one.

30 days is alot? Rly? When there's 365 days in a year. That's just 11% of the days. Also double cr is held 3 days a week, and there's 52ish wekks in a year, so that's like 150 days a year, almost half of the year. And yet I haven't seen any1 complain about that. So 30 days is okay, of course I think some dates should be removed. But I want to c if ppl want those days.

the holidays should be more halo and clan related.
for example,
fa za merge
the date when za was created
the day when we got new site
day halo combat evolved came out in the market
etc etc....
just my opinion.... i know i am little crazy but wth....

I think that everyone who wants triple cr just wants to catch up to those ppl in like top ten ranks. What you guys don't understand though is that they're just going to pull farther away with triple cr. The reason they are in top 10 is partially due to the enormous amount of play time they put in. Take coco for example i see him play for like 4,5 or 6 hours a day most of the time. And if you're not in the server side by side with the top players the whole time, when you're not there they will just be earning triple cr and pull way far ahead.
