It says DMM 2003. It's dedicated to David M. Mertz, an employee of Gearbox Software (the company that made Halo for PC possible). He was one of the multi-player map designers, so he prolly designed Timberland too. And 2003 is the year when Halo PC came out, and possibly also when David Mertz designed the maps.

i found that DMM 2003 months ago btw but never knew that it was the designers info thought it was a mod.
@mikey these are like a signature from the makers of these maps and designs.

Which is the initials of the creator of the map with the date of 2003

2003 is the date of Halo PC release
