new rule page?

Due to the new system (phasor) being in place. I think we should have a new rule page designed for that. Because at the moment, the set up of the rules regaurd our old ways of playing zombies (before the new system).
Example of what the new rule page could consist of:
1: No excessive swearing
2.No Racial slurs of anykind.
3. Be respectful to all
4.Listen to admins. (ZA/FC and (raz) members)
5.No spamming at any time, this including voting time 
6. If you can try to avoid being a meanie. ( Example: Blocking tunnels, teleporters, betraying teammate on purpose.)
7. Most Importantly....do not forget this...........its very important.... like life and death important..............

Sarge, panic will be incorporated in the system. When the coding for it is finished. So panic not gone forever, its just on a break |
