Personally I think they should have less leeway with rules since they clearly understand them.

 Is carnage having fun? Lol. They got what they asked for, without having to say it. Its quite obvious they are just doing this to smite ZA and failing miserably at it. How childish can SPN really be? I agree with star though we shouldn't ban them unless they break ZA rules of course otherwise we are no better than they are.

 One server that I used to me a regular in used to autoban anyone with CnR tags because they had bad experiences with CnR. As a result a lot of people hated them.
But if SpN misbehave they're getting a ban from me.

 i think most admins do unconsciously give a tad more leeway to people who do not speak the majority language in a server. that is a good sign, shows acceptance and tolerance of other cultures. (im not saying dont ban btw)
